EARTH DAY 2023

SHARING IDEAS:
Are you researching new ways to live with a smaller carbon footprint? Exploring new materials or technology to reduce environmental damage? Working with the next generation on new ideas for the future?
The Carlisle Garden Club’s theme is “Garden as if the Earth depends on it.” We must find ways to work together if we want to save our planet from irreparable damage. By sharing ideas we hope to create new and unexpected synergies. On April 22 - the 53rd Anniversary of Earth Day - the Carlisle Garden Club will host an evening Zoom meeting that consists of short (<10-minute) talks from Carlisle residents on ways to address climate change by living more sustainably on the planet. Our goal is to make the subjects as diverse as possible. Please plan to attend this - by coming together we can work locally on climate change.
