SHINRUN-ROKU AT TOWER HILL BOTANIC GARDEN
Tower Hill sponsors occasional Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing) workshops in their forest -- or, in winter, in their Orangerie. After communig with the plants in the warm, moist, and aromatic conservatory on a sunny February day. In 2022, Peter Wohlleben published a Westernized version of this activity in a book called Forest Walking.
